How To Apply
Overview
- Read through the Guidelines to see if this program is suitable for you.
- Complete the Application and submit it by regular or electronic mail to:

Haliburton, Ontario, K0M 1S0,
- The HCBI recruitment committee will review your application to determine if it satisfies the minimum qualifications. You will then be notified if your creative business is eligible for consideration.
- If you are eligible, you must submit four copies of each of the following materials:
- Your completed and signed application
- Personal/professional resume, including education
- Current business plan *see outline at the end of the application form
- Current financial statement (personal or business)
- Personal credit report (which can be accessed through your bank)
- Three (3) references – 1 personal, 2 professional (references must be in sealed envelopes and mailed to HCBI, attention of the project consultant)
Note: The selection committee may request additional information to establish or verify that the minimum qualifications are satisfied.
