Fundraising
Fundraising is an essential component in the financial sustainability of a Not-For-Profit organization. Funding can come from government, foundations or corporations in the form of Grants or Contributions. Donations may be received from individuals or collections at specific events targeted to raise money for a certain inniative.

Good Programming. Programs that meet important community needs, while demonstrating results will gain support and a strong raison d'être.
- Committed Board. A Board that is committed to fundraising will help promote the organization and in turn bring resources in.

Canada Helps has released a YouTube video that is generating some interesting discussion about the future of communications and fundraising for Canadian organizations.
