SPARC Network

Performing Arts contribute to the vibrancy and well-being of communities.  The SPARC mission is to connect creators, producers, presenters and animateurs to sustain and grow the performing arts in rural and remote communities.

SPARC (Supporting Performing Arts in Rural Communities) is a burgeoning provincial network supported by local partners the Haliburton County Community Co-operative, the Arts Council ~ Haliburton Highlands, The Forest Festival, Sticks and Stones Media Productions, Fleming College – Haliburton School of The Arts and the Haliburton County Folk Society. SPARC is currently funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.

"The Incubator is a bustling hub of activity and provides much needed office space for local arts not-for-profit organizations and initiatives. It is a wonderful home-base for SPARC, which connects with performing arts groups and artists here in Haliburton as well as across Ontario - and beyond!"
