The Haliburton County Development Corporation (HCDC) has developed a COVID-19 Loan Program to assist all Businesses and Non-Profits in Haliburton County whose operations are impacted by the virus.

If you have a loan with HCDC, please contact one of our staff to discuss the options available to you. Existing clients are also eligible to apply for the COVID-19 Loan Program (see details below).
COVID-19 Loan Program
HCDC has launched the COVID-19 Loan Program with an interest rate of 0% to support businesses and non-profits that are financially impacted by the virus. All applicants will be required to demonstrate their need.
Loans up to $25,000 will be offered with a 1-4 year amortization.
Larger loans are available, contact staff for details.
HCDC will consider all applications on a case-by-case basis.
