New board members are interviewed by members of the Executive Committee and recommended to the Board of Directors annually at the AGM.  Recommendations are based on an assessment of the existing skills and experience on the board and finding complementary skill sets. Board positions are advertised through local and social media, as well as through board and staff members.  Resumes are reviewed based on predetermined criteria and selections are made inclusively in a manner that represents our community.
