Andy Campbell, General Manager Andy was raised in St. Catherines, Ontario, and formally educated in Guelph. He has been general manager of Haliburton County Development Corporation since its inception in 1986. He works with the HCDC staff and the board of directors to guide the work of HCDC in the community. In addition, he works with numerous community organizations. He currently sits on the Minden Economic Development Committee and previously served as the Chair of the Haliburton Highland Games. An avid amateur historian, Andy enjoys collecting and displaying miniature historical figures and ancestral artifacts. When not working or volunteering, Andy spends his time with his wife and two sons at his Minden Hills home.

Patti Tallman, CED/Operations Manager Patti started out with HCDC in 1997 as Secretary Receptionist, Over the past 14 years she has taken on more responsibilities as HCDC has grown and now manages the office operations and the CED programs. Patti was born and raised in Haliburton Highlands, graduated from the Haliburton Highlands Secondary School and moved to Toronto to work in the Medical and Dental Benefit Insurance industry. She and her husband moved back to the Haliburton Highlands to raise a family. They have two children. Her son is seeking a degree in Professional Golf Management and her daughter is at HHSS and plays hockey for the PGHA Midget team in Peterborough. Patti has been very involved in minor hockey over the past 15 years as both her children have grown through the ranks. Her interests are the great outdoors, walking and spending time with her family.

Tracey Dyson, Loans Officer Tracey has worked with HCDC since October 2006 and is currently pursuing her certificate as an APEC Certified Business Counsellor. Originally from Niagara Falls, she moved to Haliburton in 1987, then moved to Lindsay in 1993 where she co-owns and operates a successful business with her husband, Alan. She returned as a permanent resident to Haliburton County in 2005 and still assists with the Lindsay-based business. Tracey has 3 children, 2 step daughters, 4 step-granddaughters, 2 horses and 2 cats. She has been a director with the United Way and in her spare time enjoys traveling, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and swimming.

Sheila Stackhouse, Loans Assistant Sheila started her career as a legal secretary and four years later was hired by St. Clair College to teach the Legal Administrator's program. Four years later she was hired by OMAF to teach at the Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technology in the Business program. She moved to Haliburton in 1986 and began teaching at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Sheila retired from SSFC in 2001, and continues to fulfill her passion for adult education through teaching at SSFC on a part-time basis. She started a gym/fitness business which she operated for 7 years. Upon selling the business, Sheila embarked on many new adventures and is now enjoying her time at HCDC as a Loans Assistant. Sheila volunteers on the Relay for Life Committee, is an avid curler and hiker and likes to travel.

Katelyn Patterson, Office Assistant Katelyn is a recent graduate from the Business Administration program at Fleming College in Peterborough. Her work experience includes: Administrative Assistant at the Fleming Employment Resource Centre and at the County of Peterborough. After graduation, she worked in Finance at Sysco Central Ontario and then returned to her hometown to work with the HCDC. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jim Blake, HCDC Consultant Jim has been working as a consultant in organization development, project management and community economic development for the past twenty years. He has been working with the HCDC since 2002 providing support for community economic development initiatives and strategic planning. Jim is also a part-time faculty member of Fleming College - currently teaching courses in the area of Marketing and Business and works as a consultant with organizations throughout Ontario. He provides support to a wide range of community organizations.
