Project Administration Officer
Job Description:
The Link Project Administration Officer is a short-term contract role open to individuals, eligible for a Canada Summer Jobs position (see below). This position will help support the daily Operations of The Link Coworking space including, but not limited to, customer service, marketing/social media, research and program development.
The Link Coworking in Haliburton offers coworking, private office and conference room rentals. The Link is also available for workshops/training/events. The Link is available 7 days/week, 7am-9pm.
Reporting to the Program and Operations Coordinator, The Link Project Administration Officer will have the following Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program and Operations Coordinator with operations
- Provide customer service, including greeting, tours, booking support, wifi/technology assistance, answer electronic inquiries
- Maintain & optimize use of online booking & software platforms
- Assist with social media, create content, maintain website updates
- Create draft advertisements for Coworking space rentals & events
- Create and maintain client agreements
- Research and propose a series of workshops/programs for The Link
- Research and report on different coworking software possibilities
- Research and propose partnership opportunities for The Link
- Provide administrative tasks as needed
- Relay feedback/suggestions on coworking space based on client interactions
- Draft The Link Operations Manual
Job Specifications:
- Located at The Link, 5152 County Rd 21, Haliburton, ON K0M 1S0
- Compensation at $20/hr for 35 hours a week.
- 12 week position: June 2, 2025 to August 23, 2025, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Canada Summer Jobs eligibility: must be 15-30 years old and a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have Refugee Status.
